David's Charge To Israel

⁶ And He said to me, Solomon your son shall build My house and My courts, for I have chosen him to be My son, and I will be his Father. ⁷ And I will establish his kingdom forever if he will always do My commandments and My judgments, as at this day. ⁸ And now in the sight of all Israel, the congregation of Jehovah, and in the hearing of our God, keep and seek for all the commandments of Jehovah your God, so that you may possess this good land and leave it for an inheritance for your sons after you forever.

1 Chronicles 22:13

Then you shall prosper, if you take heed to fulfil the statutes and judgments with which Jehovah charged Moses, concerning Israel. Be strong and of good courage. Do not fear, nor be dismayed.

Joshua 1:6-7

Be strong and of good courage. For you shall divide for an inheritance to this people, the land which I swore to their fathers, to give it to them.

1 Kings 2:2-4

I go the way of all the earth. And you be strong and show yourself a man.

1 Kings 6:12-13

As to this house which you are building, if you will walk in My statutes and do My judgments and keep all My commandments, to walk in them, then I will perform My work with you which I spoke to David your father.

1 Kings 8:61

And let your heart be perfect with Jehovah our God, to walk in His statutes, and to keep His commandments, as at this day.

1 Kings 9:4-5

And if you will walk before Me as David your father walked, in integrity of heart and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded you; and if you will keep My statutes and My judgments,

1 Kings 11:4

For it happened when Solomon was old, his wives turned away his heart after other gods. And his heart was not perfect with Jehovah his God, as was the heart of David his father.

1 Kings 11:9-13

And Jehovah was angry with Solomon because his heart was turned from Jehovah, the God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice

1 Chronicles 28:10

Take heed now, for Jehovah has chosen you to build a house for the sanctuary. Be strong and do it.

Psalm 89:28-37

I will keep My mercy for him forever, and My covenant shall stand fast with him.

Psalm 132:12

If your sons will keep My covenant and My testimonies which I shall teach them, their sons shall also sit on your throne forever.

Daniel 2:44

And in the days of these kings, the God of Heaven shall set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed. And the kingdom shall not be left to other peoples, but it shall crush and destroy all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.
