Basic Stipulations

⁴ Face to face on the mountain from the midst of the fire Jehovah spoke with you ⁵ (I stood between Jehovah and you at that time, to declare to you the word of Jehovah; for ye were afraid by reason of the fire, and went not up to the mountain), saying, ⁶ I am Jehovah thy God who have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
