11 We were assigned as heirs predetermined according to his purpose. He works all things according to his direction and will. 12 to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory. 13 You have heard the word of the truth in Christ. It is the good news about your salvation. You also believed and were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit.
