The Anointing Oil

²⁵ You shall make of these a holy anointing oil, a perfume mixture, the work of a perfumer; it shall be a holy anointing oil. ²⁶ With it you shall anoint the tent of meeting and the ark of the testimony, ²⁷ and the table and all its utensils, and the lampstand and its utensils, and the altar of incense,

Numbers 7:1

Now on the day that Moses had finished setting up the tabernacle, he anointed it and consecrated it with all its furnishings and the altar and all its utensils; he anointed them and consecrated them also.

Exodus 40:9-15

Then you shall take the anointing oil and anoint the tabernacle and all that is in it, and shall consecrate it and all its furnishings; and it shall be holy.

Leviticus 8:10-12

Moses then took the anointing oil and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in it, and consecrated them.

Numbers 7:10

The leaders offered the dedication offering for the altar when it was anointed, so the leaders offered their offering before the altar.

Isaiah 61:1

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,
