Isaiah 45:1

Cyrus, God's Instrument

¹ So says Jehovah to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have made strong in order to humble nations before him. And I will loosen the loins of kings, to open before him the two-leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut. ² I will go before you, and make hills level. I will break in pieces the bronze gates, and cut the iron bars in two.
