1 And after these things the Lord designated seventy others also, and sent them out, two by two, before his face, into every city and place where he was about to come.

2 And he said to them, The harvest indeed is great, but the laborers few; pray, therefore, the Lord of the harvest to thrust out laborers into his harvest.
2 And He was saying to them, “(D)The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.
2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
2 He told them:(A) “The harvest(B) is abundant, but the workers(C) are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.(D)
2 So he instructed them, "The harvest is vast, but the workers are few. So ask the Lord of the harvest to send workers out into his harvest.
6 And if a son of peace is there, your peace shall rest upon him; but if not, it shall return to you.
6 And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.
6 If a peaceful person lives there, your greeting of peace will remain with him. But if that's not the case, your greeting will come back to you.
7 And in the same house remain, eating and drinking the things with them; for the laborer is worthy of his reward. Go not about from house to house.
7 Stay in (d)that house, eating and drinking (e)what they give you; for (G)the laborer is worthy of his wages. Do not keep moving from house to house.
7 And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.

10 And into whatever city you enter, and they receive you not, going out into its streets, say,

10 But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,
10 When you enter any town, and they don’t welcome you, go out into its streets and say,
10 But whenever you go into a town and people don't welcome you, go out into its streets and say,
11 Even the dust of your city which adheres to our feet we wipe off for you; but know this, that the kingdom of God is at hand.
11 ‘(J)Even the dust of your city which clings to our feet we wipe off in protest against you; yet (f)be sure of this, that (K)the kingdom of God has come near.’
11 Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
11 ‘We are wiping off as a witness against you(P) even the dust of your town that clings to our feet. Know this for certain: The kingdom of God has come near.’

13 Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon which have been done in you, they would long ago have changed their minds, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
13 “(N)Woe to you, (O)Chorazin! Woe to you, (P)Bethsaida! For if the (g)miracles had been performed in (Q)Tyre and Sidon which occurred in you, they would have repented long ago, sitting in (h)(R)sackcloth and ashes.
13 Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
13 “Woe(T) to you,(U) Chorazin!(V) Woe to you, Bethsaida!(W) For if the miracles(X) that were done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon,(Y) they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes!(Z)
13 "How terrible it will be for you, Chorazin! How terrible it will be for you, Bethsaida! If the miracles that happened in you had taken place in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
15 And you, Capernaum, even to heaven will you be exalted? even to hades shall you be cast down.
15 And you, (T)Capernaum, will not be exalted to heaven, will you? You will be brought down to Hades!

16 He that hears you, hears me; and he that rejects you, rejects me; and he that rejects me, rejects him that sent me.
16 “(U)The one who listens to you listens to Me, and (V)the one who rejects you rejects Me; and he who rejects Me rejects the One who sent Me.”
16 He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.
16 Whoever listens to you listens to Me.(AE) Whoever rejects you rejects Me.(AF) And whoever rejects Me rejects the One who sent Me.”(AG)

17 And the seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject to us by your name.

19 Behold, I give you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and on all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means injure you;
19 Behold, I have given you authority to (Y)tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you.
19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

21 In the same hour he rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and intelligent, and revealed them to babes. Yes, Father, for so it has seemed good in thy sight.
21 (AA)At that very (j)time He rejoiced greatly in the Holy Spirit, and said, “I (k)praise You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, for this way was well-pleasing in Your sight.

21 At that moment, the Holy Spirit made Jesus extremely joyful, so Jesus said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from wise and intelligent people and have revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, because this is what was pleasing to you.
22 And turning to his disciples, he said, All things are delivered to me by my Father; and no one knows who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is but the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.
22 (AB)All things have been handed over to Me by My Father, and (AC)no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.”
22 All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.

30 And Jesus replied and said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among robbers, who both stripped him and inflicted blows upon him, and went away leaving him half dead.

41 And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
41 The Lord answered her, "Martha, Martha! You worry and fuss about a lot of things.
42 but of one thing there is need; and Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
42 (AR)but only one thing is necessary, for (AS)Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.”
42 But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
42 but one thing is necessary.(BZ) Mary has made the right choice,(r) and it will not be taken away from her.”
42 But there's only one thing you need. Mary has chosen what is better, and it is not to be taken away from her."
