A Demon-Possessed Boy Healed

⁴⁰ "I begged your disciples to cast it out, but they could not." ⁴¹  "O faithless and perverse generation," said Jesus, "how long shall I be with you and bear with you? Bring your son to me." ⁴² But while he was yet coming the demon dashed him down, and cruelly convulsed him. Then Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and cured the boy, and gave him back to his father.
