³⁸ the field is the world: and the good seed are those who are the children of the kingdom; but the zizane are the children of the wicked one; ³⁹ the enemy who sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. ⁴⁰ As therefore the zizane are gathered, and burned in the fire; just so shall it be at the end of this world.
