²³ O turn you unto my correction: lo, I will express my mind unto you, and make you understand my words. ²⁴ Seeing then that I have called, and ye refused it: I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded it, ²⁵ but all my counsels have ye despised and set my corrections to naught.
