Psalm 24

A Welcome For God Into The Temple

1 The earth is the LORD'S, and all it contains, The world, and those who dwell in it.

1 {A Psalm of David.} The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

1 The earth and everything in it, the world and its inhabitants, belong to the Lord;

1 The earth and everything in it exists for the LORD the world and those who live in it.

1 The earth is the Lord's, and the fullness of it, the world and they who dwell in it.

2 For He has founded it upon the seas And established it upon the rivers.

2 For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

2 for He laid its foundation on the seas and established it on the rivers.

2 Indeed, he founded it upon the seas, he established it upon deep waters.

2 For He has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the currents and the rivers.

3 Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? And who may stand in His holy place?

3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

3 Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in His holy place?

3 Who may ascend the mountain of the LORD? Who may stand in his Holy Place?

3 Who shall go up into the mountain of the Lord? Or who shall stand in His Holy Place?

4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood And has not sworn deceitfully.

4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

4 The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not set his mind on what is false, and who has not sworn deceitfully.

4 The one who has innocent hands and a pure heart; the person who does not delight in what is false and does not swear an oath deceitfully.

4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted himself up to falsehood or to what is false, nor sworn deceitfully.

5 He shall receive a blessing from the LORD And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
