'From the Father' in the Bible

that all may honour the Son even as they honour the Father. The man who withholds honour from the Son withholds honour from the Father who sent Him.

"I cannot do anything by my own [authority]. I judge [people] based on what I hear [i.e., from the Father] and my judgment [of them] is just, because I do not look for what I want [to do], but for what He who sent me [i.e., God] wants.

And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no one can come to me unless it be given to him from the Father.

I have spoken to you in figurative language (illustrations and proverbs). The hour comes when I will no longer speak to you in figurative language. I will tell you plainly from the Father.
