'Put on' in the Bible

'And thou, son of man, lo, they have put on thee thick bands, and have bound thee with them, and thou goest not forth in their midst;

And lo, I have put on thee thick bands, and thou dost not turn from side to side till thy completing the days of thy siege.

They will put on sackcloth, and horror will overwhelm them. Shame will cover all [their] faces, and all their heads will be bald.

The king shall mourn, and the prince shall put on desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall tremble: from their way will I do with them, and with their judgments I will judge them, and they shall know that I am Jehovah.
