'To the Lord' in the Bible

And when the days of their purification according to the law of Moses were fulfilled, they brought him up to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord,

(just as it is written in a law of Lord that every male that opens a womb will be called holy to the Lord),

And the apostles said to the Lord, Increase faith for us.

And having stood, Zacchaeus said to the Lord, Behold, half of the things possessed by me, Lord, I give to the poor. And if I defrauded any man of anything, I repay fourfold.
