1 Corinthians 5:9-13 - Church Discipline

⁹ I told you in my letter not to associate with the immoral. ¹⁰ Not that in this world you were actually to have no contact with the immoral, the avaricious, the thievish, or with idolaters; for then you would have to leave the world, altogether. ¹¹ But what I wrote was that you were not to associate with any so-called brother who is immoral, or avaricious, or idolatrous, or abusive, or a drunkard, or an extortioner. No, with such persons do not even sit at table. ¹² What have I to do with the judging of outsiders? Must not you judge those who are within the church, while God judges outsiders? ¹³ Expel that wicked man from among you.
