Why do the nations rage, and the peoples meditate vain {things (LXX/NT)}?

For there is no faithfulness in their mouth. Their inward part is very wickedness. Their throat is an open sepulcher. With their tongue they {deceive (LXX/NT)}.

Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou have {perfected praise (LXX/NT)}, because of thine adversaries, that thou might still the enemy and the avenger.
