And she exclaimed with a loud voice, "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!

And even now the ax is laid at the root of the trees; every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire."

"For no good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit.

For each tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they pick grapes from a bramble bush.

And the ones that fell among the thorns, they are those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by the cares and riches and pleasures of life, and their fruit does not mature.

But the ones that fell on the good soil are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience.

He told this parable: "A man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none.

So he said to the keeper of his vineyard, 'Look, for three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree and find none. Cut it down; why should it use up the ground?'

And if it bears fruit next year, fine; but if not, you can cut it down.'"

When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, "Woman, you are freed from your infirmity."

At harvest time he sent a servant to the tenants, that they would give him some of the fruit of the vineyard. But the tenants beat him and sent him away empty-handed.

for I tell you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes."
