And He saith unto them, Whose image and inscription is this?

And when they heard this, they marvelled, and left Him and went away.

And when the people heard this, they were astonished at his doctrine.

Verily I tell you, all these things shall come upon this generation.

for I tell you, ye shall not see me after this, till ye shall say, Blessed is He that cometh in the name of the Lord.

but this ye know, that if the master of the house had known at what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broke open: therefore be ye also ready;

So they took the money, and did as they were instructed: and this is commonly reported among the Jews to this day.
