The floods when they be dried up, and the rivers when they be empty, are filled again through the flowing waters of the sea:

but when man sleepeth, he riseth not again, until the heaven perish: he shall not wake up nor rise out of his sleep.

If only you would keep me safe in the underworld, putting me in a secret place till your wrath is past, giving me a fixed time when I might come to your memory again!

When a man dies, will he come back to life?
If so, I would wait all the days of my struggle
until my relief comes.
