Then all the men of his city shall stone him to death; so you shall remove the evil from your midst, and all Israel will hear of it and fear.

If a man is caught kidnapping any of his countrymen of the sons of Israel, and he deals with him violently or sells him, then that thief shall die; so you shall purge the evil from among you.

The hand of the witnesses shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people. So you shall purge the evil from your midst.

then you shall do to him just as he had intended to do to his brother. Thus you shall purge the evil from among you.


But that prophet or that dreamer of dreams shall be put to death, because he has counseled rebellion against the Lord your God who brought you from the land of Egypt and redeemed you from the house of slavery, to seduce you from the way in which the Lord your God commanded you to walk. So you shall purge the evil from among you.

then they shall bring out the girl to the doorway of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death because she has committed an act of folly in Israel by playing the harlot in her father’s house; thus you shall purge the evil from among you.

“If you return to the Almighty, you will be restored;
If you remove unrighteousness far from your tent,


I heard another voice from heaven, saying, “Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues;



for the one who gives him a greeting participates in his evil deeds.




For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural,



Joab said to Amasa, “Is it well with you, my brother?” And Joab took Amasa by the beard with his right hand to kiss him.

And when a man came near to prostrate himself before him, he would put out his hand and take hold of him and kiss him.


After coming, Judas immediately went to Him, saying, “Rabbi!” and kissed Him.

But Jesus said to him, “Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?”


Joab said to Amasa, "Is it well with you, my brother?" And Joab took Amasa by the beard with his right hand to kiss him. But Amasa was not on guard against the sword which was in Joab's hand so he struck him in the belly with it and poured out his inward parts on the ground, and did not strike him again, and he died. Then Joab and Abishai his brother pursued Sheba the son of Bichri.
