“He raises the poor from the dust, He lifts the needy from the ash heap To make them sit with nobles, And inherit a seat of honor; For the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s , And He set the world on them.
I have been young and now I am old, Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken Or his descendants begging bread.
Let his children wander about and beg; And let them seek sustenance far from their ruined homes.
The sluggard does not plow after the autumn, So he begs during the harvest and has nothing.

“Wisdom is with aged men, With long life is understanding.
“I thought age should speak, And increased years should teach wisdom.
I said to myself, “Behold, I have magnified and increased wisdom more than all who were over Jerusalem before me; and my mind has observed a wealth of wisdom and knowledge.”
Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.
I have been young and now I am old, Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken Or his descendants begging bread.
A righteous man who walks in his integrity— How blessed are his sons after him.
The righteous man will flourish like the palm tree, He will grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, That shines brighter and brighter until the full day.
The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous And His ears are open to their cry.
For the devious are an abomination to the Lord ; But He is intimate with the upright.
Say to the righteous that it will go well with them, For they will eat the fruit of their actions.
“He does not withdraw His eyes from the righteous; But with kings on the throne He has seated them forever, and they are exalted.
An evil man is ensnared by the transgression of his lips, But the righteous will escape from trouble.
In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, And his children will have refuge.

Assuredly, the evil man will not go unpunished, But the descendants of the righteous will be delivered.

The descendants of His servants will inherit it, And those who love His name will dwell in it.
“The children of Your servants will continue, And their descendants will be established before You.”
