And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there who had a withered hand. And they watched him, to see whether he would heal him on the sabbath; that they might accuse him. And he saith to the man who had the withered hand, Stand forth.read more.
And he saith to them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? but they held their peace. And when he had looked around on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith to the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other. And the Pharisees went forth, and immediately took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.

And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the money-changers, and the seats of them that sold doves;

And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables; And said to them that sold doves, Take these things hence: make not my Father's house a house of merchandise. And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thy house hath eaten me up.

Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
