"If a man opens a pit, or digs a pit and does not cover it over, and an ox or a donkey falls into it,
"You shall not see your countryman's donkey or his ox fallen down on the way, and pay no attention to them; you shall certainly help him to raise them up.
But when they came to the threshing floor of Nacon, Uzzah reached out toward the ark of God and took hold of it, for the oxen nearly upset it.
Then He let them fall in the midst of their camp, Round about their dwellings.
"Are not two sparrows sold for a cent? And yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father.
And He said to them, "What man is there among you who has a sheep, and if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will he not take hold of it and lift it out?
