Therefore leaving the teaching of the first principles of Christ, let us press on to perfection -- not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, of faith toward God,
who through him are believers in God, who raised him from the dead, and gave him glory; so that your faith and hope might be in God.
For the king trusts in Yahweh. Through the loving kindness of the Most High, he shall not be moved.

He will not be afraid of evil news. His heart is steadfast, trusting in Yahweh.

Don't let Hezekiah make you trust in Yahweh, saying, "Yahweh will surely deliver us. This city won't be given into the hand of the king of Assyria."'
Her leaders judge for bribes, and her priests teach for a price, and her prophets of it tell fortunes for money: yet they lean on Yahweh, and say, "Isn't Yahweh in the midst of us? No disaster will come on us."
