Now, the valley of the open fields, had many pits of bitumen, so the king of Sodom and Gomorrah fled, and fell there, - while, they who remained, towards a mountain, fled.

Then shall the torrents thereof be turned into pitch, And the dust thereof, into brimstone, - So shall her land become burning pitch:

Make for thee an ark of timbers of gopher, Grooms, shalt thou make with the ark, - and - thou shalt cover it within and without with pitch.
