Remember this, that the enemy has spoken against the LORD and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.

For your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, who have burned incense upon the mountains and blasphemed me upon the hills; therefore, I will measure their former work into their bosom.

Remember this, that the enemy has spoken against the LORD and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.

My confusion is continually before me, and the shame of my face has covered me,

O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? Shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever?

Arise, O God, plead thine own cause; remember how the foolish man reproaches thee daily.

Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men and whatever blasphemies with which they shall blaspheme, but whosoever shall blaspheme against the Holy Spirit shall never have forgiveness but is obligated to eternal judgment,

And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, there is forgiveness for him; but unto him that blasphemes against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven.

It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the slave as his lord. If they have called the husband of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call those of his household?

And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face and asked him, saying, Prophesy, who is it that smote thee? And they spoke many other things blasphemously against him.

If ye are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are ye; for the glory and the Spirit of God rests upon you; certainly on their part he is blasphemed, but on your part he is glorified.

Neither let Hezekiah make you trust in the LORD, saying, The LORD will surely deliver us, this city shall not be delivered into the hand of the king of Assyria. Do not hearken unto Hezekiah, for thus saith the king of Assyria, Make peace with me and come out to me and eat each one of his vine and each one of his fig tree and drink each one the waters of his own cistern until I come and take you away to a land like your own land, a land of grain and wine, a land of bread and vineyards. read more.
Beware lest Hezekiah persuade you, saying, The LORD will deliver us. Have any of the gods of the Gentiles delivered his land out of the hand of the king of Assyria? Where is the god of Hamath and Arphad? Where is the god of Sepharvaim? Have they delivered Samaria out of my hand? What god is there among all the gods of these lands that have delivered their land out of my hand that the LORD should deliver Jerusalem out of my hand?

Thus shall ye speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying, Do not let thy God, in whom thou dost trust, deceive thee, saying, Jerusalem shall not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria. Behold, thou hast heard what the kings of Assyria have done to all lands by destroying them utterly, and shalt thou be delivered? Have the gods of the Gentiles delivered those whom my fathers have destroyed, as Gozan and Haran and Rezeph and the sons of Eden which were in Telassar? read more.

And there was given unto it a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto it to continue forty and two months. And it opened its mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name and his tabernacle and those that dwell in heaven.

And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, who has authority over these plagues; and they did not repent to give him glory.
