There is nothing hidden that won't be revealed, and there is nothing secret that won't become known and come to light.
Nothing is hidden except for the purpose of having it revealed, and nothing is secret except for the purpose of having it come to light.

People don't light a lamp and put it under a basket but on a lamp stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.
Then Jesus told them, "A lamp isn't brought indoors to be put under a basket or under a bed, is it? It's to be put on a lamp stand, isn't it?
"No one lights a lamp and puts it in a hiding place or under a basket, but on a lamp stand, so that those who enter may see its light.
"No one lights a lamp and hides it under a bowl or puts it under a bed. Instead, he puts it on a lamp stand so that those who come in will see the light.
Therefore, stop judging prematurely, before the Lord comes, for he will bring to light what is now hidden in darkness and reveal the motives of our hearts. Then each person will receive his praise from God.
What I tell you in darkness you must speak in the daylight, and what is whispered in your ear you must shout from the housetops.
