8 Bible Verses about Encouraging Doubters

Let us hold fast to the confession of [our] hope without wavering, for the one who promised [is] faithful. And let us think about {how to stir one another up to love} and good works, not abandoning {our meeting together}, as [is] the habit of some, but encouraging [each other], and by so much more as you see the day drawing near.

Therefore strengthen your slackened hands and your weakened knees,

But the troops, the men of Israel, {encouraged themselves}, and again they arranged [their] battle [lines] in the place where they had arranged themselves the first day.

Look, you have instructed many, and you have strengthened weak hands. Your words have raised up [the one who] stumbles, and you have strengthened knees giving way.

Strengthen [the] weak hands and make [the] staggering knees firm. Say to those who are hasty of heart, "Be strong; you must not fear! Look! your God will come [with] vengeance, [with] {divine retribution}. He {is the one who} will come and save you."
