8 Bible Verses about Eternal Punishment

And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulphur, where the beast and the false prophet also [are], and they will be tormented day and night {forever and ever}.

who will pay the penalty [of] eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his strength,

Then he will also say to those on [his] left, 'Depart from me, [you] accursed ones, into the eternal fire that has been prepared for the devil and his angels!

teaching about baptisms and laying on of hands, and resurrection of the dead and eternal judgment.

And these will depart into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."

And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off! It is better [for] you to enter into life lame than, having two feet, to be thrown into hell! And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out! It is better [for] you to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye than, having two eyes, to be thrown into hell, 'where their worm does not die and the fire is not extinguished.'

and they will come out--those who have done good [things] to a resurrection of life, but those who have practiced evil [things] to a resurrection of judgment.

And many from [those] sleeping {in the dusty ground} will awake, some to {everlasting life} and some to disgrace and {everlasting contempt}.
