And she said to him, There is straw, and also much provender with us; also room to lodge.

We have straw and provender for our asses, with bread and wine for me and your maidservant and the young man with your servants; there is no lack of anything."

So he brought him into his house, and gave the asses provender; and they washed their feet, and ate and drank.

And the man came into the house; and he ungirded the camels, and gave the camels straw and provender, and water to wash his feet, and the feet of the men who were with him.

And he said, Behold, it is yet high day; it is not time that the cattle should be gathered together; water the sheep, and go, feed them.

And he said, What shall I give thee? And Jacob said, Thou shalt not give me anything. If thou doest this for me, I will again feed and keep thy flock:

I will seek the lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up the broken, and will strengthen that which was sick; but I will destroy the fat and the strong: I will feed them with judgment.
