endued with all power according to the might of his glory unto all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who enabled us to share in the inheritance of the saints in the light;

For which cause we are not fainthearted; but though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh out for us, in a higher and still higher degree, an everlasting weight of glory;

And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him; because if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

For I am persuaded, that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God for us, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
