6 Bible Verses about God Enduring

And thou didst suffer many years to pass over them, and didst testify against them by thy Spirit through thy prophets, yet did they not give ear, - therefore didst thou deliver them into the hand of the peoples of the lands.

But, he, answering, saith - O faithless generation! how long, shall I be with you? how long, shall I bear with you? Bring him unto me!

And, making answer, Jesus said - O faithless and perverted generation! how long shall I be with you, and bear with you? Bring, hither, thy son.

And, if God - wishing to shew his anger and to make known his power - bare, in much patience, with vessels of anger already fitted for destruction,

Looking away unto our faith's Princely-leader and perfecter, Jesus, - who, in consideration of the joy lying before him, endured a cross, shame, despising! And, on the right hand of the throne of God, hath taken his seat.

Because thou didst keep my word of endurance, I also, will keep thee out of the hour of trial, which is about to come upon the whole habitable world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
