For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother."
And there will no longer be any curse, and the throne of God and the Lamb will be in the city. His servants will worship him,
You have appointed them as a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth."
Then one of the elders asked me, "These dressed in long white robes -- who are they and where have they come from?" So I said to him, "My lord, you know the answer." Then he said to me, "These are the ones who have come out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb! For this reason they are before the throne of God, and they serve him day and night in his temple, and the one seated on the throne will shelter them.
Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth: In the age when all things are renewed, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
Then the king will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
Do you not know that we will judge angels? Why not ordinary matters!
So since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us give thanks, and through this let us offer worship pleasing to God in devotion and awe.
And to the one who conquers and who continues in my deeds until the end, I will give him authority over the nations -- he will rule them with an iron rod and like clay jars he will break them to pieces,
I will grant the one who conquers permission to sit with me on my throne, just as I too conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.
Blessed and holy is the one who takes part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years.
