As Jesus was having a meal in Matthew's house, many tax collectors and sinners came and ate with Jesus and his disciples.

So they prepared a dinner for Jesus there. Martha was serving, and Lazarus was among those present at the table with him.
but they urged him, "Stay with us, because it is getting toward evening and the day is almost done." So he went in to stay with them. When he had taken his place at the table with them, he took the bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. At this point their eyes were opened and they recognized him. Then he vanished out of their sight.
