Who shall bring any charge against the chosen of God? God is he who accepteth them as righteous.

I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for every one that exalteth himself will be humbled; but he that humbleth himself will be exalted.
But seek first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will also be given you.
Righteous Father! and yet the world knew thee not! but I knew thee, and these knew that thou didst send me.
For therein is revealed the righteousness which is of God from faith to faith; as it is written, "But the righteous shall live by faith."
even the righteousness which is of God through faith in Jesus Christ, hath been made manifest to all and for all believers. For there is no distinction.
And will not God avenge his chosen, who cry to him day and night, though he be slow to punish in their behalf?
And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

Because by works of the Law no flesh shall be accepted as righteous: for by the Law is the knowledge of sin. But now, apart from the Law, the righteousness which is of God, to which the Law and the Prophets bear testimony,
We are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the gentiles; but knowing that a man is not accepted as righteous by the works of the Law, but by faith in Christ Jesus, we also have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be accepted as righteous by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the Law; for by the works of the Law shall no flesh be accepted as righteous.
For I say to you, Unless your righteousness shall exceed that of the scribes and Pharisees, ye will not enter the kingdom of heaven.
Because by works of the Law no flesh shall be accepted as righteous: for by the Law is the knowledge of sin.
I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness come through the Law, then did Christ die for nought.
This only I desire to learn from you: Was it from the works of the Law that ye received the Spirit, or by the preaching of faith? Are ye so foolish? Having begun with the Spirit, do ye now end with the flesh?
Ye are entirely separated from Christ, who seek to obtain righteousness through the Law; ye have fallen away from grace.
though I myself have reason for confidence even in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath reason for confidence in the flesh, I more; circumcised the eighth day, of the race of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; as to the Law, a Pharisee; as to zeal, persecuting the church; as to the righteousness which is in the Law, blameless.read more.
But whatever things were gain to me, those for the sake of Christ I have counted but loss. Nay more, I count all things to be loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as refuse, that I may gain Christ,
