And they returned, and prepared spices and ointment; and they rested on the sabbath, according to the commandment.

From fear of him the keepers did shake and become like dead men. But the angel answered and said to the women: Fear not; for I know that you seek Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
