Therefore I take you to record this day that I am pure from the blood of everyone. For I have not refrained from declaring unto you the full counsel of God.

Do not trust in lying words, saying, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD are these. For if ye thoroughly amend your ways and your doings, if ye thoroughly do right between a man and his neighbour, if ye do not oppress the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shed no innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt, then I will cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers for ever and ever. Behold, ye trust in lying words that cannot profit. Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto Baal, and walk after other gods whom ye know not, and come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are free to do all these abominations? Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, even I have seen it, said the LORD.

And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the sons of Israel, to rebellious Gentiles that have rebelled against me: they and their fathers have rebelled against me, even unto this very day.

Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent ye and believe the gospel.

From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, Repent, for the kingdom of the heavens is at hand.

And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness and every bodily weakness among the people.

And it came to pass afterward that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and announcing the gospel of the kingdom of God, and the twelve with him,

For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified, , unto the Jews a stumblingblock and unto the Gentiles foolishness; but unto those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ is the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

Now if the Christ is preached that rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then neither is Christ risen; and if Christ is not risen, then our preaching is vain, and your faith is also vain.read more.
And we are even found false witnesses of God because we have testified of God that he raised up the Christ, whom he did not raise up, if it so be that the dead do not rise. For if the dead do not rise, then Christ is not raised either; and if Christ is not raised, your faith is vain; ye are even yet in your sins.

For the Christ also has once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in spirit, in which he also went and preached unto the imprisoned spirits, which in the time past were disobedient, when once the patience of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being made ready, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.read more.

and said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behooved the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day; and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning from Jerusalem.

Unto him all the prophets give witness, that whosoever believes in him shall receive remission of sins through his name.

And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship and in breaking of bread and in prayers.

Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them and said, It is not right that we should leave the word of God and serve tables;

Then Barnabas departed to Tarsus to seek Saul, and when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass that for a whole year they gathered themselves together with the congregation and taught many people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching the word of the Lord and announcing the gospel, with many others also.

And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus. This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spoke and taught diligently the things of the Lord, teaching only in the baptism of John. And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue, but when Aquila and Priscilla had heard him, they took him unto them and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.

and how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have showed you and have taught you publicly and from house to house,

Also in the third year of his reign he sent his princes, Benhail, Obadiah, Zechariah, Nethaneel, and Michaiah, to teach in the cities of Judah. And he read in the book before the plaza that was before the water gate from the morning until midday, before the men and the women, and those that could understand; and the ears of all the people were attentive unto the book of the law. And Ezra, the scribe, stood upon a pulpit of wood, which they had made for the purpose; and beside him stood Mattithiah, Shema, Anaiah, Urijah, Hilkiah, and Maaseiah on his right hand; and on his left hand, Pedaiah, Mishael, Malchiah, Hashum, Hashbadana, Zechariah, and Meshullam.read more.
And Ezra opened the book in the sight of all the people (for he was above all the people), and when he opened it, all the people stood up: and Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God. And all the people answered, Amen, Amen, lifting up their hands; and they humbled themselves and worshipped the LORD with their faces to the ground. Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and, behold, I am with you always even unto the end of the age. Amen.

But ye have not so learned of the Christ, if so be that ye have heard him and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus, that ye put off everything concerning the old way of life, that is, the old man who corrupts himself according to deceitful desires,read more.
and be renewed in the spirit of your understanding and that ye put on the new man, which is created in conformity to God in righteousness and in the holiness of the truth.

It is in order then, brethren, that we beseech and exhort you in the Lord Jesus, that in the manner ye were taught of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would continue to grow. For ye already know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus.

But speak thou the things which are expedient unto sound doctrine, that the aged men be temperate, venerable, prudent, sound in faith, in charity, in tolerance. The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becomes holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of honesty;read more.
that they may teach the young women to be prudent, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be temperate, chaste, good housekeepers, subject to their own husbands, that the word of God not be blasphemed. Young men likewise exhort to be temperate; in all things showing thyself as an example of good works, in doctrine showing integrity, seriousness, purity, sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that the adversary may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you. Exhort slaves to be subject to their own masters and to please them well in all things; not contradicting; not defrauding, but showing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things. For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live temperately, righteously, and godly in this present world; waiting for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all iniquity and purify unto himself a people of his own, zealous of good works. These things speak and exhort and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise thee.

Preach the word; be instant in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

And when they were gone out of the synagogue of the Jews, the Gentiles besought that these words might be spoken to them the next sabbath. Now when the synagogue was dismissed, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas, who, speaking to them, persuaded them to remain in the grace of God.

And when they had preached the gospel to that city and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra and to Iconium and Antioch, confirming the souls of the disciples and exhorting them to remain in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

And when he had gone over those parts and had exhorted them with much word, he came into Greece

How is it then, brothers? when ye come together, each one of you has a psalm, has doctrine, has tongues, has revelation, has interpretation. Let all things be done unto edification. If anyone speaks in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. But if there is no interpreter, let him keep silence in the congregation , and let him speak to himself and to God.read more.
Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the others judge. If any thing is revealed to another that sits by, let the first be silent. For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be exhorted.

And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

Now I praise you, brothers, that ye remember me in all things and retain my instructions the same as I spoke unto you.

Therefore, brethren, stand fast and retain the doctrine which ye have been taught, whether by word or our epistle.

Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and charity which is in Christ Jesus. Keep the good deposit committed unto thee by the Holy Spirit which dwells in us.

Even as I besought thee to remain at Ephesus when I went into Macedonia, that thou might charge some that they not teach diverse doctrine, nor give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which generate questions other than that the edification of God is by faith.

I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel, for there is not another; but there are some that trouble you and would pervert the gospel of the Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, were to preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be anathema.read more.
As we said before, so do I say now again, If anyone preaches any other gospel unto you than what ye have received, let him be anathema.

Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, listening to spirits of error and doctrines of demons; that in hypocrisy shall speak lies; having their conscience seared as with a hot iron; they shall forbid to marry and shall command men to abstain from foods, which God has created to be received with thanksgiving by those who are faithful and have known the truth.read more.
