God, who in ancient days spoke to our forefathers in many distinct messages and by various methods through the Prophets,

At that time certain Prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch, one of whom, named Agabus, being instructed by the Spirit, publicly predicted the speedy coming of a great famine throughout the world. (It came in the reign of Claudius.)

But if there are Prophets, let two or three speak and let the rest judge.
