whatever prayer and supplication be made by any man, [or] by all thy people Israel, who shall know every man the plague of his own heart, and spread forth his hands toward this house,

And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked. And they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Because from works of law no flesh will be made right before him, for through law is knowledge of sin.
