His invisible attributes are clearly seen since the creation of the world. The things made prove His eternal power and divine nature. Mankind has no excuse, for when they knew God, they did not glorify him as God. They did not thank him and were vain in their reasoning, for their foolish hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools.

You will become insane and go blind. Jehovah will make you so confused, that even in bright sunshine you will have to feel your way around like a blind person. You will tell day from night! For the rest of your life, people will beat and rob you. No one will be able to stop them.

Wicked people do not know or understand anything. As they walk around in the dark, all the foundations of the earth shake.

The god of this age (world) (religious, social, political, and economic arrangement) has blinded the minds of unbelievers that the light of the good news of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not shine on them.

If we say we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie, and do not live (practice) the truth.

This was the first miracle Jesus performed in Cana of Galilee. It gave evidence of his glory and his disciples believed in him.
