And Micah consecrated the Levite. And the young man became his priest, and was in the house of Micah. Then Micah said, Now I know that Jehovah will do me good, since I have a Levite as my priest.

And he said to them, This is how Micah deals with me, and has hired me, and I am his priest.

And Micah said to him, Live with me and be a father and a priest to me, and I will give you ten shekels of silver by the year, and a suit of clothes, and your food. And the Levite went in.

And they said to him, Be quiet, lay your hand on your mouth and go with us, and be to us a father and a priest. Is it better for you to be a priest to the house of one man, or that you be a priest to a tribe and a family in Israel?
