And he said, Hear now my words. If there be a prophet among you, I LORD will make myself known to him in a vision. I will speak with him in a dream.

I have also spoken to the prophets, and I have multiplied visions. And by the ministry of the prophets I have used similitudes.

Then thou spoke in a vision to thy sanctified, and said, I have laid help upon a mighty [man]. I have exalted a chosen [man] out of the people.

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy. Your old men shall dream dreams. Your young men shall see visions.
