11 Bible Verses about War As God's Judgment

I will bring on you an avenging sword, a covenant vengeance. Although you will gather together into your cities, I will send pestilence among you and you will be given into enemy hands.

I will scatter you among the nations and unsheathe the sword after you, so your land will become desolate and your cities will become a waste.

He will afflict you with weakness, fever, inflammation, infection, sword, blight, and mildew; these will attack you until you perish.

But if you refuse and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword." Know for certain that the Lord has spoken.

So I, the Lord, affirm that I will send for all the peoples of the north and my servant, King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon.
