for by grace ye are having been saved, through faith, and this not of you -- of God the gift, not of works, that no one may boast;

for I did hunger, and ye gave me to eat; I did thirst, and ye gave me to drink; I was a stranger, and ye received me; naked, and ye put around me; I was infirm, and ye looked after me; in prison I was, and ye came unto me.

unceasingly remembering of you the work of the faith, and the labour of the love, and the endurance of the hope, of our Lord Jesus Christ, in the presence of our God and Father,

Be mindful of me, O my God, for this, and do not blot out my kind acts that I have done, for the house of my God, and for its charges.

and God is able all grace to cause to abound to you, that in every thing always all sufficiency having, ye may abound to every good work,

every Writing is God-breathed, and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for setting aright, for instruction that is in righteousness, that the man of God may be fitted -- for every good work having been completed.

And I heard a voice out of the heaven saying to me, 'Write: Happy are the dead who in the Lord are dying from this time!' 'Yes, (saith the Spirit,) That they may rest from their labours -- and their works do follow them!'

For, if ye may forgive men their trespasses He also will forgive you -- your Father who is in the heavens; but if ye may not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. 'And when ye may fast, be ye not as the hypocrites, of sour countenances, for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear to men fasting; verily I say to you, that they have their reward. 'But thou, fasting, anoint thy head, and wash thy face, that thou mayest not appear to men fasting, but to thy Father who is in secret, and thy Father, who is seeing in secret, shall reward thee manifestly.

for of Him we are workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God did before prepare, that in them we may walk.
