'Blown' in the Bible

Will you terrify a blown leaf? And will you pursue dry stubble?

All [you] inhabitants of [the] world and dwellers of [the] earth, {when a signal is raised on the} mountains, you must look, and {when a trumpet is blown}, you must listen!

And this shall happen: on that day, a great trumpet will be blown, and those who were lost in the land of Assyria will come, and those who were scattered in the land of Egypt, and they will bow down to Yahweh on the {holy mountain} at Jerusalem.

Or is a horn blown in a city and people are not afraid? Or does a disaster occur in the city and Yahweh has not done [it]?
