'Command' in the Bible
If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;
King Solomon appointed 250 chief officers to command his army.

and in every work that he hath begun for the service of the house of God, and for the law, and for the command, to seek to his God, with all his heart he hath wrought and prospered.
"Go ask the LORD for me and for those who survive in Israel and in Judah about the words that we've read in this book that we found, because the wrath of the LORD that we deserve to have poured out on us is very great, since our ancestors haven't obeyed the command from the LORD that required us to do everything that is written in this book."
Now slaughter the Passover, consecrate yourselves, and prepare your relatives to obey the command from the LORD given by Moses."
So the service was established; the priests stood at their posts and the Levites in their divisions according to the king's command.
The singers, the descendants of Asaph, were at their stations according to the command of David, Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun the king's seer. Also, the gatekeepers were at each gate. Because their Levite brothers had made preparations for them, none of them left their tasks.
So all the service of the Lord was established that day for observing the Passover and for offering burnt offerings on the altar of the Lord, according to the command of King Josiah.
