'Compose' in the Bible

“I too could speak like you,If I were in your place.I could compose words against youAnd shake my head at you.

If only I had someone to hear my case!Here is my signature; let the Almighty answer me.Let my Opponent compose His indictment.

for there our captors ask us to compose songs; those who mock us demand that we be happy, saying: "Sing for us a song about Zion!"
