'Day' in the Bible

I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard a loud voice behind me like a trumpet

Each of the four living creatures had six wings; they were covered with eyes around and inside. Day and night they never stop, saying:Holy, holy, holy,Lord God, the Almighty,who was, who is, and who is coming.

because the great day of Their wrath has come! And who is able to stand?”

For this reason they are before the throne of God,and they serve Him day and night in His sanctuary.The One seated on the throne will shelter them:

The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. A third of the day was without light, and the night as well.

So the four angels who were prepared for the hour, day, month, and year were released to kill a third of the human race.

Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:The salvation and the powerand the kingdom of our Godand the authority of His Messiahhave now come,because the accuser of our brothershas been thrown out:the one who accuses thembefore our God day and night.

and the smoke of their torment will go up forever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or anyone who receives the mark of his name.

For they are spirits of demons performing signs, who travel to the kings of the whole world to assemble them for the battle of the great day of God, the Almighty.

For this reason her plagues will come in one day—death and grief and famine.She will be burned up with fire,because the Lord God who judges her is mighty.

The Devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet are, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Each day its gates will never close because it will never be night there.
