I will make it a wasteland.It will not be pruned or weeded;thorns and briers will grow up.I will also give orders to the cloudsthat rain should not fall on it.

Then you shall see and you shall be radiant; and your heart shall tremble and open itself wide, because [the] abundance of [the] sea shall fall upon you; [the] wealth of [the] nations shall come to you.

The sons of your oppressorswill come and bow down to you;all who reviled youwill fall facedown at your feet.They will call you the City of the Lord,Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
