Because God hath deprived her of wisdom, neither hath he imparted to her understanding.

Shall he that contendeth with the Almighty instruct him? he that reproveth God, let him answer it.

Who is this who makes dark the purpose of God by words without knowledge? For I have been talking without knowledge about wonders not to be searched out.

The wicked [those who live in disobedience to God’s law] are not so,But they are like the chaff [worthless and without substance] which the wind blows away.

Therefore the wicked will not stand [unpunished] in the judgment,Nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.

Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
