'Indeed' in the Bible

Indeed, how can I bear to see this disaster happen to my people? How can I bear to see the destruction of my kinsmen?"

Indeed, Mordecai was a powerful official in the palace and his fame spread throughout the provinces. Indeed, the man Mordecai grew more and more powerful.

So Yahweh {asked} Satan, "Have you {considered} my servant Job? Indeed, there is no one like him on the earth--a blameless man and upright and God-fearing and turning away from evil. And still he persists in his blamelessness {even though} you incited me against him to destroy him for nothing."

But Satan answered the Lord, "Skin for skin! Indeed, a man will give up all that he has to save his life!

But he said to her, “You speak as one of the foolish women speaks. Shall we indeed accept good from God and not accept adversity?” In all this Job did not sin with his lips.

Indeed, let that night be barren; let no shout of joy penetrate it!

Indeed, mischief does not come from the dust, and trouble does not sprout from the earth.

{Indeed}, my help is not in me, and [any] success is driven from me.

Indeed, you have now become such,You see a terror and are afraid.

Do ye imagine to reprove words? The speeches of one that is desperate are indeed for the wind.

"Indeed, you write bitter things against me, and you make me reap the iniquities of my childhood.

Indeed, have you opened your eyes on one like this to bring me into a legal fight with you?

"Indeed, there is hope for a tree: if it is cut down, then it will sprout again, and its new shoots will not cease;

And indeed a mountain falling cometh to nought, and the rock is removed out of its place;

Indeed, you do away with reverenceAnd hinder meditation before God.

“Behold, God puts no trust in His holy ones (angels);Indeed, the heavens are not pure in His sight—

Indeed, [after] {a few years} have come, then I will go [the] way [from which] I will not return.

Indeed, you have closed their mind from understanding; therefore, you will not let [them] triumph.

"Indeed, the light of the wicked is extinguished; the flame from his fire doesn't shine.

“Men of understanding will tell me,Indeed, every wise man who hears me [will agree],

Indeed, God does not listen to empty cries,and the Almighty does not take note of it—

"Indeed God is mighty and he doesn't show disrespect; he is mighty and strong of heart.

Indeed, He lured you from the jaws of distressto a spacious and unconfined place.Your table was spread with choice food.

"Indeed, God is exalted in his power. Who is like him as a teacher?

Indeed, he draws up [the] drops of water; he distills [the] rain into its mist,

Indeed, he judges people by them; he gives food {in abundance}.

Indeed, at His thundering my heart tremblesAnd leaps out of its place.

Indeed, it leaves its eggs to the earth, and it lets [them] be warmed on [the] ground,

"Indeed, I am completely unworthy -- how could I reply to you? I put my hand over my mouth to silence myself.
